ECHO is a model to reduce health disparities by increasing the capacity of the healthcare workforce to provide disease specific best-practice care. ECHO uses videoconferencing to deliver didactic presentations and case-based learning to primary care teams across the state. Additional information available at http://bit.ly/AK-ECHO-CHD.
