Executive Board Position Openings!

The Alaska Nurse Practitioner Association is looking for enthusiastic APRNs to fill the following two positions on the executive board:

 President Elect

• Three year term (1 year term as President Elect, President, Past President)
• Duties:
• Coordinate arrangements and program components of the annual Conference.
• Perform the duties of the President in his/her absence or inability to serve.
• Perform such duties as may be delegated by the President.
• Assume office of Presidency in subsequent term.

 Treasurer

• Two year term
• Student members can hold this position
• Duties:
• Act as primary custodian of all ANPA funds.
• Complete timely recording of all income and disbursements into the organization’s financial software
• Prepare and present a detailed Profit/Loss Report at the January General Membership meeting
• Prepare and submit an itemized financial Report to the membership with a copy to the Secretary on a quarterly basis or more frequently as requested.
• Provide an itemized financial Report to the Executive Committee as requested.
• Complete an annual download and review of the organization’s credit report, and distribute a copy to the President.
