This FREE conference will feature a keynote from Lori Bishop of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization on The Value of Palliative Care in Healthcare Transformation, as well as other national and local experts across disciplines on topics associated with:

- Community-based Program Development
- Perinatal Palliative Care
- Dietary Needs
- Community Health Aides Experiences
- Child Life Services
- Spiritual Care
- Advance Care planning
We will also have lunchtime sessions for those interested.
