2019 Juneau Fly-In

Dear ANPA Members,

We will be participating in a collaborative visit with the APRN Alliance for a legislative fly-in to Juneau, Alaska.

We are looking at the following dates and hoping to gauge interest. We will be sponsoring two ANPA executive board members, two APRNs, and two student APRNs. The dates we are looking at attending in 2019 are March 19-21, March 26-28, April 2-4, April 9-11, April 16-18, April 23-25, April 30-May 2, May 7-9, May 14-16, May 21-23. We are looking for participants to sign up for one or two days during the current legislative session. Flying down a round trip on a single day is doable with flights and weather cooperating. This is an excellent opportunity to meet and greet with your legislators and demonstrate the impact that APRNs have in Alaska. This opportunity is not exclusive to Anchorage APRNs. We would love to have APRNs from outlying areas as well!

This is first come first serve. The ANPA will cover the cost for a roundtrip ticket to Juneau and a one-night hotel stay. Meals are not included. We will book the flight and hotel with the expectation that two people share a room. The deadline to sign up is 5 pm on March 14th.
