*UPDATE TO MEETINGS, IMPORTANT CONFERENCE INFORMATION*

Hi Everyone,

As healthcare professionals and in an effort to "slow the curve" we have made an executive decision to hold all general membership meetings and conference planning meetings for the months of March and April VIRTUALLY only. Please use our go to meeting information to call in from the comfort of your home, car or office. Our General Membership meeting will be THIS WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18, ONLINE ONLY, 6:30pm. Call in information is listed at the end of this email.

Additionally, we will be discussing the possibility of not holding a two day annual conference this year due to the fact that we cannot be guaranteed getting our money back if we need to cancel our hotel as a result of COVID-19. We would like to discuss other options such as a virtual meeting over zoom, several one day meetings over the span of several months (think quarterly), or even keepin the conference as is. We are hoping that many of you can chime in and offer some insight that maybe we haven't already thought of. As an Executive Board, we work for you! We want to support you the best we can and offer CE opportunities that would be effective, informative and helpful to your practice and license renewal.

We are also putting together a printed directory of all Nurse Practitioners in the state of Alaska and their specialities. This would be something that as members you could keep in your office as a reference in case you needed to refer a patient to another sub-speciality or provider or even use for your personal use. This will be  provided to you as a courtsey for being a member of ANPA. THANK YOU! We will be sending out a google form for you to fill out in the near future. If you'd like to have your information included, please watch for it and respond in a timely manner.
