The Liver Disease and Hepatitis Program at ANMC is now able to offer pharmacology credit to ANP's who attend Liver Connect presentations. LiverConnect is a video teleconference program which includes a didactic presentation of liver disease or a related topic, including a question/answer session and immediate audience feedback, and case presentations of liver disease when available. These presentations are offered on the first Tuesday of every month from 8am to 9am

On July 8, 2014, the topic will be autoimmune hepatitis; the speaker – Dr. Brian McMahon. To participate please visit the website: http://www.anthctoday.org/community/hep/liverconnect/index.html to register online prior to the date of the offering. After registering a link will be sent to the participant to log into on the morning of the presentation.  After the presentation the participant should follow the link to submit their evaluation.
Alaska Native Medical Center (MNA-17-ANMC-1216) is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Montana Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.   Nurses will receive one nursing contact hour for each hour of participation up to a maximum of _1_ hour(s) including 0.5 hour(s) of pharmacology content.
