Mail Merge Error on Recent Survey

Attention Nurse Practitioners:
Due to a mail merge error beyond the control of the researcher, letters with a printed survey were sent out last week addressed correctly to the last name, but not the first name. If you would be so kind as to still open the letter and review the survey request?
